I’m Teresa Lilly, Founder of Culture Pilot Co, partnering with businesses to create intentional workplace cultures.


I’ve spent 10+ years as Head of People and Culture in Startups and Scale-Ups in health care, AI, Web3, and design across the USA and Australia. I have an MBA from Harvard University and bring a strong business lens to the people space. I’ve led remote, globally distributed teams and built foundational people programs at four companies.


I’m also a Startmate Coach, startup advisor, and angel investor. I love being across the startup ecosystem supporting the next generation of businesses.


Once upon a time, I used to be a classical pianist, French teacher, and a pub manager. I’m the mother of two energetic boys who remind me daily to stop and play.
